Welcome to AstridPaws Dog Walking & Pet Services
We are a family run dog walking & pet services business that caters for all pets from small guinea pigs to large dogs, in Scarborough and the surrounding areas.
Between us we have 20+ years of experience with looking after many family pets including dogs, cats, a parrot, guinea pigs, rabbits and chinchillas to name a few. In 2025 we decided to start up our own business, our passion is looking after and caring for animals. We treat our pets like our own family, we look after them as we do our own pets. We decided to name our business afte our family dog, Astrid the Sheepadoodle.
We have many years of living with and caring for dogs. Our dog walks and dog sitting services include areas which can often be overlooked with dogs, dog behaviour, pet communication, pet health and playtime. In the rare instances when dogs can not go out for walks (due to the weather or injury) we offer a pop in instead. This may include short exercise or sensory enrichment exercises. Activities that that explore and stimulate the dogs senses and textured toys can all aid in this. Socially and mentally engaging the dogs in our care is important to us. This goes for any animal in our care, all animals deserve to be treated with care and loved.
